Our shared apartments provide a welcoming, student-friendly atmosphere with a range of room options to suit your preferences. Each apartment features three bedrooms, designed for comfort and functionality. You can choose from shared rooms, accommodating 2-3 students of the same gender, or opt for a private single room. In each apartment, at least one bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while an additional shared bathroom ensures convenience for all residents.
All rooms are thoughtfully furnished to enhance your living experience, with spacious drawers and bedside tables to create a comfortable and well-organized space. Our student apartments are located in two convenient blocks: The Exchange, situated right across the street from GV Malta, and Hortensia, just 150 meters away. Both apartment buildings offer the same high standard of comfort, convenience, and facilities, so students can enjoy a consistent experience regardless of location. Placement in either The Exchange or Hortensia will be based on availability, with rooms in either apartment block offered at the same rate, ensuring an equitable, seamless stay for every student.
