Sales & Marketing Executive Vacancy

We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive student enrolments, build strong relationships with agents, and increase revenue. This role is primarily focused on sales, with marketing responsibilities supporting lead generation and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Convert enquiries into bookings by handling incoming student requests via email, phone, and social media.
  • Prepare tailored course and accommodation quotes and proactively follow up to close sales.
  • Build and manage relationships with international agents, ensuring regular communication, updates, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Negotiate and implement special offers with agents and direct students to boost enrolments.
  • Analyse sales data and booking trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of GV Malta.
  • Represent GV Malta at international workshops and conferences, occasionally traveling to strengthen agent partnerships.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising to generate leads.
  • Manage and create engaging content for GV Malta’s social media channels and website.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva, ensuring all promotions and advertisements are visually appealing and aligned with sales objectives.
  • Update and maintain the school’s website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly to drive enquiries.
  • Monitor marketing performance and ROI, adjusting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
 

Requirements & Skills

✅ Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, travel, or a related sector.

✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with international clients and agents.
✅ High level of written and spoken English (C1 or native-level); additional languages are a plus.
✅ Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and advertising tools (Meta, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress) is a bonus but not mandatory.
✅ Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously.
✅ Proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented approach to work.
✅ Willingness to travel occasionally for international events and conferences.
